Our Story

We are a family owned business, founded over 24 years ago by Will Hodgskiss. 10 years ago, his daughter Niki Hodgskiss came on board and together, with a team of 20 others, they operate AAFT.

Will started this company with a single hot dog cart, and Niki ran her own concession business and mobile boutique for over 7 years. As the industry has evolved over the last 30 years, so have we. Our product line includes food trucks, concession trailers, container kitchens, hot dog carts, mobile showrooms and more!

Our hands on experience in the food truck business has been the key in understanding our client’s needs.

Our Facility

Our highly skilled team works within a 32 000 Sq. ft. manufacturing facility where all our design and build processes take place.

This includes fabricating, electrical, gas work, paint, vinyl wraps and more. We have the capacity to work on over 10 food trucks simultaneously, and ship over 100 units through the US and worldwide each year.
